Return Policy

Need to return or exchange an item? Please read through our return policy carefully to make sure that you qualify:

Little Pampered Pets accepts returns and exchanges on all UNUSED products within 15 days of the original purchase with the following exceptions:

Due to sanity reasons, we cannot take returns on any item that has been worn by your pet. If you think that the item is too large/small, please contact us before having your pet try it on, as we will not take the item back once it comes in contact with your pet.
Any item marked as CLEARANCE is not eligible for a return and sold “as is”.
Perishable items such as Dog Food, Dog Treats, Dog Supplements, Dog Medicine, etc are not eligible for returns. Please contact us if you are unsure if your item is perishable.
Halloween Costumes purchased in the month of October are not eligible for return or exchange.

All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories/pieces intact.

If your item is eligible for a return, you will be refunded the original amount paid MINUS SHIPPING COSTS.
