Please note that items marked as CLEARANCE are not eligible for a return and are sold "as is". We can also not accept returns on perishable items such as dog food, medicine, treats, etc.
For unused applicable items, we accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of original purchase. All items must be in full, unused condition with original packaging/tags and due to sanitary concerns, cannot have come in contact with your pet.
If a refund is requested, your purchases will be refunded on the original method of payment, minus shipping costs. Please have your order number, and original form of payment ready before you contact us.

Email order confirmations are sent immediately following completed orders on our system. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam filter first, and then contact us in the event it has not arrived (firstname.lastname@example.org). We advise you to review your order confirmation carefully to make sure that it accurately reflects your intended purchase. You will receive a shipping notice once your order ships.

We have several payment options available in our checkout process which includes, Master card, Visa, Discover, American Express or Debit Card.
We generally ship items using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business day). We try to ship all items the same day. If you need an item shipped faster, please contact us.
Due to our extended inventory, items may ship in multiple boxes from different warehouses.
We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. However, we carry so many products for a one-stop shopping experience that we cannot guarantee everything to be in stock at all times. Additionally, Little Pampered Pets is not responsible for packages that may be lost or shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. In these cases, Little Pampered Pets will work with customers to get in touch with the shipper, but will not refund money based on circumstances out of our control.
