Exchanges and Return Policy
We pride ourselves in
carrying high quality
items and we hope that
you will be pleased
with your order. Nevertheless,
rest assured that you
can exchange anything
except personalized
items, edible items,
beds or crates for any
reason unless placed after March 15, 2009 during our Liquidation Sale.
1. All returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) no exceptions will be made. Please email us at: customerservice@littlepamperedpets.com to obtain an RA# . Returns or exchanges received without a Return Authorization will NOT be processed.
2. All returns/exchanges must be in unused and in sellable condition (remove all fur, no smoke or other smells).
3. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping charges obtained to send the exchange/return items back to Little Pampered Pets.com. We will cover one (1) FREE shipment via First Class Mail to the customer per order. Each subsequent exchange will have a $2 shipping and handling fee for USPS First Class Mail.
5.All returns for full credit will be charged a $2 restocking fee.
6. Please read the item descriptions carefully before ordering.
7. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
8. Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
9. For your security, please return your items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt or delivery confirmation. Little Pampered Pets is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
10. Any returns/exchanges that are shipped and are not paid for, CODs or marked "Paid by Recipient" will have the charges reversed. There will be not exceptions.
11.Bargain Basement and Clearance items are FINAL SALE. Exceptions are rarely made.

All orders by check
or money order will
be sent upon receipt
of payment.
Delivery
Time:
Most orders ship within
3-5 business days from
when the order was placed.
If there is a delayed
shipment you will be
notified via e-mail.
Shipping:
Little Pampered Pets
uses USPS Priority Mail,UPS Ground,UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2nd Day.
If you need something
sent overnight,

Shipping charges are
calculated automatically
in the shopping cart.
International Shipping:
At this time we only use USPS Priority Mail to ship international orders. When UPS is chosen for International orders the order, the shipping choice will be modified to USPS Priority. UPS Ground,UPS 3 Day and UPS 2nd Day is for our USA Customers. We use USPS Priority Mail because of it's ease through customs and dependability.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only
be assessed for orders
that are shipped within
the state of New Jersey
(6 %). This is due to
the fact that our office
is in New Jersey. All
other states and countries
are tax-exempt.

In the event you would
like to request a rush
order on any of the
