To Our Customers:
At Little Pampered Pets, the canis lupus familiaris is more that a domesticated, 4-legged friend. We believe all canidae breeds from mutts to purebreds deserve unique dog gifts, including haute couture. Your hound is your canine baby.
You will find clothing fit for Tinkerbell below the Paris Hilton or Oprah budget. Coats, sweaters, raincoats and similar garb keep your pooch warm. Our shirts, tanks, sportswear and other summer apparel keep Fido cool. We have designer dog clothing for the pint-sized pup to the large doggie, and costumes for puppies that party. Our petite garments are wonderful craftsmanship and are tailored to small breeds, so your Yorkshire Terrier, Maltese, Chihuahua, Dachshund, Affenpinscher, Chinese Crested, Pekingese or Pomeranian are perfect for a perro. Yes, chihuahua clothes for your bitty chien will make tails wag and paws jump. A large bowwow will find outfits he loves, too. Teensy tail waggers need a small dog carrier or fancy collar for a walk as well. A K9 may never wear human hats, neckwear, bathrobes, vests or pants, but their decorations can come close.
Little Pampered Pets prides itself on excellent customer service. If you are unsatisfied with any of our pet apparel we will work to accomodate you. You can contact us online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at customerservice@littlepamperedpets.com or toll free: 1-877-545-7677 M-F 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. .

If you’re a dog lover visiting fancy pet boutiques in New York City with your pocket protector sized pooch, prepare for not small price tags. Often coats and sweaters the size of miniature animals go for $60, sometimes more. Costly wardrobe for canines, especially the small breeds, will not suit your budget. Some owners brag about money spent dressing their Miniature Pinscher, Japanese Chin, Miniature Poodle or Papillion in custom designed threads. Can the average dog parent get trendy boutique attire fit for Vogue, Dolce and Gabbana, Gucci or the runway at fashion week in Milan? Fortunately, affordable quality gear is possible for model doggies.
Avoid designer label shops. Vet bills for your cat or bird come before accessories. However, an owner might not find luxurious ensembles or topcoats at big stores like PetSmart or PetCo. Internet stores charge minute amounts for designer fashion apparel with giant selections. Examples include K-9 footwear like boots or shoes with paw sizing or pajamas and jerseys. Formal wear and tailored casual dress items like tee shirts are also popular. Make sure they’re easily laundered (not just dry clean suits) and folded on hangers for storage.
Be careful, the Humane Society, ASPCA and American Kennel Club warn that some breeders and manufacturers in the clothing industry have canine fur in their fashions! That’s worse than windbreakers or booties that are overpriced. Before shopping for man’s best friend, ensure there’s a return/exchange policy. Train yourself to search like training your wee Rex to sniff out a biscuit. Find the tasty sites. Find ones with supplies like carriers, crates, collars, toys and pet gifts besides attire, like bowls. Do they treat owners to info on barking behavior, allergies, dander, grooming, neutering, house breaking, flea and tick problems in kennels etc? Are high end fabrics like cotton, wool, silk, denim or cashmere available or is it nylon and polyester only? Is embroidery offered? Are other teeny, furry friends given attention like kittens, reptiles, pot-bellied pigs and such? Are there basic veterinary health tips on diseases like heartworm? Remember, dressing up your four-legged friend should be fun.
